Jerk Chicken RECIPE :o)

RECIPE:


Place SIX (6) Boneless Chicken Thighs in a glass pan. (I use thighs because they are so JUICY).

Rub ONE (1) or TWO (2) TEASPOONS of Grace Jerk Seasoning (this is my SECRET ingredient that MAKES this dish!!) over top of the chicken

Place ONE (1) Small Onion Diced - over top of chicken. (If you don't like Onions, don't add it).

Put in Oven at 425 degrees for ONE (1) Hour.




On TOP of the Stove:

Uncle Ben's Brown Rice (Use Serving size you want)

Once Rice is cooked, add ANY kind of frozen veggie you want. I add corn and peas.

Once Chicken is cooked through. Place the Chicken on top of the rice!

This is REALLY REALLY REALLY Good stuff !!! :o)
